Return and Exchange Period

A return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the order.

Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the customer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality if:

  • the goods do not correspond to the declared characteristics;

  • the goods correspond to the declared characteristics but do not suit the customer in size, shape, or for other reasons.

A return of goods of proper quality is possible provided that:

  • the original packaging is preserved;

  • the complete set is intact;

  • there are no mechanical damages;

  • there are no signs of use.

🔹 The cost of return shipping for goods of proper quality is paid by the customer.

Refunds are issued in a convenient way for the customer within
3 business days after the seller receives and inspects the returned goods.

Conditions for Returning Goods of Improper Quality

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” if defects are discovered in the goods during the warranty period, the customer has the right to request:

  • a proportional price reduction;

  • free repair of the defects;

  • reimbursement of expenses for defect repair;

  • replacement of the goods or a full refund if the defects cannot be repaired.

The customer must notify the Company of receiving goods of improper quality within 24 hours from the moment of receipt by one of the following methods:

Refunds are issued in a convenient way for the customer within
3 business days after the seller receives and inspects the returned goods.

Return Restrictions

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the Company has the right to refuse the return or exchange of goods of proper quality if such goods are included in the official list of non-food products that are not subject to return or exchange under current Ukrainian legislation.
